It's getting to that time of year where the outside is either freezing or raining, and soon, it'll be snowing. Here are a few hacks to get the best out of the HFC campus and your time here:

1. For those of you that don't know, there are three buildings on campus that are connected; The Liberal Art, the Health Building, and the Science Building. To access this secret passage, all that needs to be done is entering any of the three buildings and going to the basement, from there, clear signs on the wall will direct you.
2. There is a little quite lounge in the Technology Building for those times when every other quite study place is busy with students.
3. The Learning Resource Center: the one place on campus where you can get tutored, assisted, and even get a job, for free.
4. T-194 and Library (Upstairs and to your right) – the open lab for every student to utilize. It’s got students to help with any issues and T-194 has actual instructors to help you out if an assignment is unclear.
5. Culinary Arts Food Truck: Healthy meals for less. With this Food Truck, you can get healthy delicious meals for a mere five bucks; cheap and healthy.
6. Fine Arts Building: For those of you who are musically creative, especially creative with the piano, the Fine Arts building has rooms specially designated to practice and enjoy playing the piano.
7. There are housing options available to those of you who are interested; the college website directs you to other places that offer housing near campus.
