Session dates, times and locations are as follows:

Tuesdays, November 15, 22 and 29

2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Deadline for registering is November 14, 2011

A note on John Carroll's Appointment Schedule: If for some reason the times of seminar schedule for Stop Test Anxiety make it impossible for you to attend, it might be possible for you to make an individual appointment to address your test anxiety issue. If you need to schedule an appointment, you will need to contact the Counseling Office at 313-845-9611. Indicate to the staff person that you want to schedule an hour appointment to work on your test anxiety. This includes information on taking the test anxiety assessment and completing the Stop Test Anxiety Treatment Form. You must submit the form electronically via email to johnc@hfcc.edu before arrival for your appointment. Unfortunately 5 p.m. appointments, or later, are unavailable.
